These units MUST me mounted horizontally with the inlet (1) furthest from the control gear (3) to eliminate air locks. Units are not waterproof and must be protected from moisture and rain.

Important:

Units must not run dry, to ensure this all electrical connections must be via the circulation pump with the correct flow rate. Units should be installed after sand pressure filters. During backwash of the sand filter the heater must be turned off, by turning the thermostat to zero or by installing a separate switch. A qualified electrician should install all electrical connections.
